How to Search Brevard County Civil Court Records
You can search civil court records in Brevard County online or in person. The Brevard County case search gives you two access options. The first is the General Public Court Records Search, which is anonymous and free. The second is the Subscriber Court Records Search for registered users who need more detailed access.
For subscriber access, you need to complete a BECA User Agreement. You can scan and email the PDF to BecaSupport@brevardclerk.us or mail it to the clerk's office in Titusville. The subscriber search lets you see additional case details that are not available in the public search. Subscriber access to restricted case types like family law and probate costs $50 per year.
You can also search civil court records in person at any Brevard County office. The main locations include the Titusville Courthouse at 400 South Street, the Moore Justice Center at 2825 Judge Fran Jamieson Way in Viera, and the Melbourne Branch Courthouse at 51 S. Nieman Ave. Staff can look up cases and make copies. The Merritt Island and Palm Bay offices close for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
